Gayatri clinic was started in the year 1993 by Dr. K. Ashok Reddy with the aim of providing quality mental health services to everyone. Dr. K. Ashok Reddy graduated from Osmania medical college in 1982, pursued MD ( PSYCHIATRY ) from the prestigious INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH, Erragadda, Hyderabad. He has served in the same hospital for nearly 25 yrs & retired as the founder director of Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar. The clinic has served thousands of patients, helped them to get back to normalcy. Every patient is equally important & taken care of as needed.

Dr. K. Ashok Reddy is interested in community mental health services & De-addiction services.
